Find a comfortable position and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths, allowing your body to relax.
Focus on your breath and let it flow naturally. As you inhale, imagine the mantra "I am love, and love flows through me" filling your mind and body.
With each exhale, notice any physical tension in your body. Instead of trying to force it away, simply observe it. Imagine the love flowing through you, softening and releasing the tension.
Allow thoughts to be present without judgment. Observe them as clouds passing by.
Feel the love that the mantra represents. Imagine it flowing through you, filling you with warmth, peace, and joy.
Let the mantra become a part of you. Feel it vibrating in every cell of your being.
When you're ready, gently open your eyes and take a few moments to integrate the experience.
