As a Movement Junkie, I'm passionate about supporting others live their best life! And, I also know firsthand that it's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life. That's why I've developed a set of simple, yet powerful, daily rituals that help me stay grounded, centered, and balanced.

These practices aren't just something I teach; they're a part of my daily life. They've helped me navigate life's ups and downs, and I'm excited to share them with you as a foundation for your own self-LOVE routine.

The Building Blocks of Self-Care

Think of these as the bare minimums, the riverbed that allows the flow of your inner peace and balance to emerge. Allowing even more Magic to FLOW!

  1. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate:

    • Start your day with a glass of water to rehydrate your body.

    • Sip water throughout the day to stay refreshed and focused.

  2. Prioritize Sleep:

    • Establish a consistent sleep schedule.

    • Create a calming bedtime routine.

    • Limit screen time before bed.

  3. Move Your Body:

    • Incorporate daily physical activity.

    • Listen to your body, and get curious if your movement is depleting you or energizing you? 

  4. Nourish Your Body:

    • Fuel your body with whole, nutrient-dense foods.

    • Practice mindful eating.

    • Limit processed foods and use natural sugars like fruits, honey, maple syrup.

  5. Connect with Nature:

    • Spend time outdoors.

    • Connect with the natural world.

    • Practice grounding techniques.

Remember, We're All Human It's okay to fall off track sometimes. The key is to be gentle with yourself and to get back on track as soon as possible. Even small steps can make a big difference.

By incorporating these simple practices into your daily routine, you can cultivate a more balanced and fulfilling life.
