Group Support: Freedom to get curious, explore, share, and ask for support at your own leisure in our private online group “Unlocking YOU- Eat to Thrive”
♡ WEEKLY
Intentional food prep, grocery shopping (should actually save you time as you find your groove with the supportive tools I share)
♡ MONTHLY
Two-Three live 60-75 min group session (with option to watch later if needed)
Of course, the more time you put in, the greater you benefit!
I will be sharing oodles of supportive tools that I will encourage you to take the time to explore. Anyone with food sensitivities can be accommodated and is welcome!
A 3-month exploration with Paleena, The Movement Junkie.
Have you ever felt frustrated, unmotivated, and depressed, seemingly out of nowhere? Have you ever heard the term intuitive eating? If changing how you think about and consume food would change how you feel for the better, would you?
I am an intuitive food guide and want to teach you to understand and master your connection with the food you eat by listening to how you feel.
With open curiosity and commitment to yourself, I will guide you in how to listen to your body’s inner wisdom and transform old patterns without judgment and provide you with the tools to maintain this new lifestyle.
I have personally experienced the healing effects of food and find joy in helping others experience it for themselves. It is my goal for you to feel joy in preparing nourishing food to heal and fuel your body and mind. I will support you in creating a lifestyle that brings ease to your relationship with food from planning, to shopping, to preparing, and enjoying your creations mindfully. You will shift from eating to survive into eating to thrive.
Food is fuel, and more importantly it can be medicine. Science has proven the effects of food in helping (or harming) how our bodies and brains function. Whether you want better sleep, more energy, reduced inflammation, or improved memory - the key is to become aware of how you feel in relation to what and when you eat, choosing food that makes you feel good, and eating when it supports you the most.
Our exploration is not a “diet”, we won’t count calories or use words like carbs, protein, or fats. We will identify food for what it is, fuel and medicine for our bodies. A sweet potato is a “sweet potato”, not a “carb”! On this journey you will gain tools to connect into your own wellbeing. Without judgement, you will learn to connect with how food affects your mind, body and energy.

I’ve developed this offering after many years of personal experience and exploring my own issues with food and healing. I have transformed this journey into a path guiding others into their own positive transformation.
At some point in my life, I have experienced and healed from eating disorders, chronic stomach pain, bloating, IBS, constipation, brain fog, depression, inability to focus, fatigue, joint pain, muscle aches, acne, food sensitivities, Candida, absorption issues, chronic inflammation, and autoimmune issues.

Humans need to eat. My intention is to safely bring you to a place where eating is no longer a guessing game or a struggle, but a delightful and joyous way to fuel your body, heart, and mind so you have the vitality to clearly pursue your dreams and goals.
